Hotel Rules & Policies

Please familiarize yourself with our house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone

Liability Disclaimer

Management shall not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for any loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.

No Smoking Policy

NO SMOKING allowed in the premises. This policy is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.

No Pets & No Durian

NO DURIAN and NO PETS allowed on the premises. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining our facilities.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM. Additional charges apply for early check-in and/or late check-out.

Additional Guests

Additional guests beyond the initial number of persons will incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance.

Host Liability Disclaimer

The Hosts disclaim all liabilities and warranties, regardless of express or implied, arising out of the Guest(s) access to this premise. The entire risk remains with the Guest(s).

Security Deposit

RM50 security deposit will be collected upon check-in and refunded in full during check-out, provided no hotel rules are breached and no vandalism occurs.

Access Card Penalty

RM50 per card will be charged as a penalty in case of losing any access card. Please keep your cards secure at all times.

Tourism Tax (TTX) - Foreign Guests

RM 10.00 per room per night is imposed on all foreign passport holders as per Malaysian government regulations. This tax is collected on behalf of the government and payable upon check-in/check-out. MyKad/MyPR Card holders are exempted.

Perak Local Service Charges

RM 3.00 per room per night applies to all guests effective 1st January 2025, in accordance with Perak Hotels Regulations 2024. This mandatory charge is collected for all hotel categories in the State of Perak.

Terms of Service

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Full payment or deposit required to secure reservation
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp for direct bookings, and via email for Agoda bookings
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before check-in with a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable
  • No-shows forfeit 100% of booking amount
  • Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
  • Non-refundable rates have different cancellation terms

Guest Responsibilities

  • Maintain the property in good condition during stay
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
  • Comply with all hotel rules and local regulations
  • Respect other guests' right to quiet enjoyment

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities or possession of prohibited substances
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 PM
  • Unauthorized parties or gatherings
  • Tampering with safety equipment or hotel property

Amendments & Updates

Hotel Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By completing your booking, you agree to comply with all stated policies and any future amendments. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
